RUDRA KRIPA is a customer centric organization. RUDRA KRIPA does not intend to misguide their Customers in any way. However if members face any dissatisfaction after the purchase of the goods, it can be returned to us 10 days of receipt of the product subjected to particular terms and conditions. Claims of missing or damaged item during transit must be received within 5 working day of receipt of merchandise.
If a product is received by the customer in damaged condition, it will be replaced by the company; however the company executive will minutely check the product to certify if it is damaged in transit or in the hands of the customer. RUDRA KRIPA will not be liable to return or replace a product if it gets damaged by the customer after the product is delivered.
Successful pick-up of the product for replacement is subject to the following conditions being met:
Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product’s original packaging, freebies, and accessories)
The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
|Correct Product||Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ barcode should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.|
|Complete Product||All in-the-box accessories, freebies, and combos (if any) should be present.|
|Unused Product||The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).|
|Undamaged Product||The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.|
|Undamaged Packaging||Product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.|
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions is not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by RUDRA KRIPA.
Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our website, please contact us by email within 7 Days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. We will replace the product or refund the money within 5 working days from the time of delivery of the product back to us. The refund will be through online transfer/NEFT. Also when you reach us, we’ll help you with the instructions on how to proceed with the process.
How to cancel an order
In order to deliver your orders on time, we process the orders on the same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. The refund will be through online transfer/ NEFT. Your refund will be made within 5 working days. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are in respect to the below terms & conditions.
You can cancel your orders within 2 hour of booking your order. You are requested to immediately mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call or WhatsApp at +91-9560498552 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.
RUDRAKRIPA can automatically cancel your order if our team finds that payments have not been received. You will get an email notification when we cancel the order.

- Always report all problems associated with an order/package delivery at the same time.
- Be specific as while describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.
Be Extra Alert when Accepting Parcel from Courier
If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery.
