As per the legend, Lord Shiva himself came into Buddha Kaushika’s dream and recited these 38 stanzas who thereafter wrote them in Sanskrit language. The literary meaning of Ram Raksha Stotra is “Protection given by Lord Rama to us”. Ram Raksha Stotra is a very powerful tool to seek blessings and protection from Lord Rama from any kind of Problem, Miseries or Situation. Lord Rama is said to protect the Body as well as the Mind of a person who recites this Ram Raksha Stotra with full faith and dedication.
